EU Oil shooting thrue cap

Hey guys, got a 2005 Rx8 new engine 3200km aprox on it. Have issues where my oil shoots and oil cap the the oil goes to the air intake and have white smoke issues on high RPM and then after 5 min it goes back to normal but like 0,3 oil goes away like nothing.
What cane be the issue? new spark plugs and have new igniton cables and ignition sistem. Changed the air filter and it was full of oil and when changed and cleaned happend again after like 10 miles when i push the car to 6-7k rpm. and it losses power like sufficates on low rpm to like 3k rpm makes a weird brp brp sound adn again the white smoke came out and idle whent crazy up and down

did had sensor air intake error before then clean of intake and didint have after but it was full of oil

give me ideas what could it be

Have you tried draining the oil? Was it overfilled?

If it barfs oil at high rpm and the oil is not overfilled, it's blow by from compression getting past the side seals. When you say "new engine" is that actually new or a rebuild? And who did the rebuild? Because it sounds like they need to do it again, unfortunately. Did it come with warranty?

it is a rebuild, it does have warranty on it, are you sure its that? Can I even drive my car 150km towards the mechanic who did it? looking a way to see or solve problem on my own.

You can call him first to make sure, at least get his initial reaction. But there's not really any other way for oil to be forced up the fill neck.

so he would have to do a new rebuild or just take apart the engine and do a new seal? How does a seal go bad? is it my mistake because i didint force the car or it is the mechanics fault?

If it is not the oil being overfilled, it would be engine blowby from a bad rebuild. Did the mechanic do the rebuild or did they just install a reman engine?

I would take out and clean the oil fill neck. Then drain and refill the oil(you can reuse the oil that came out if needed). When drained see if it smells like gas.

On the rebuild, what could have happened is incorrectly installed oil control rings+springs or incorrectly gapped side seals getting stuck when overheated. Does the car have idle issues when hot?

Seals aren't plug and play, they need to be correctly installed and the big parts verified in spec before reuse. Could be the irons not the seals too. Is this mechanic a rotary specialist?
What break-in instructions were you given? What condition were the engine parts in before the rebuild?

Either way, if it came with warranty and it's not working as expected, you don't need to figure out why. The warrantied mechanic does.
