Ultimate corner seals for Renesis with rx7 apex seals
Just saw these on Instagram. I've been running this design of corner seal on my turbo engine for years. Cost me a lot to get the plugs machined but now these guys are selling them. Would highly recommend it !
Thanks for posting it up. Even though it’s stated in the title, it probably needs to be restated that this applies to Renesis rotors that have been modified to accept the deeper apex seals of the previous 13B engines. Which is a highly recommended change whether the application is all-motor NA or FI power adder.

full disclosure and fair warning though; quite a few people on RX7Club are claiming they had their CC charged in advanced and now up to 2 years later they struggle with being able to contact this company and are still without receiving the product they paid for:

it really bothers me that customers are being treated this way

I've been struggling to get a hold of them to even place an order for those corner seals and when I finally got a hold of them two days ago they informed me they had already sold out of the sets they had on hand. I'd been going on their website multiple times a day and they never uploaded the product and I was trying to call and message them to order a set by phone and they never answered and only responded finally to my Instagram message to them.
I've been looking into getting a jig made so I can begin making cut metal plugs that are OEM Mazda plugs and accommodate FD height seals.
you just need to have them EDM slotted to be deeper. You can’t likely DIY and be within tolerance spec. As far as I’m aware Daryl is retired.

I figured as much, hence the EDM reference. I’m not really sure where you can go, perhaps ask Mazdatrix or Kyle Mohan since they’re almost your neighbor.

Mazdatrix said just run atkins corners or rx8 corners without plugs.
Ill either run no plugs or selfmade cut plugs. No other viable affordable option currently from any vendor that would fulfill the order.

server seems to be down? edit: must have tried at just the wrong moment, working now.
I’m checking on a possible North America source to see what they might offer.

the company I had inquired with never responded
thanks for updating us, despite some past order completion/delivery issues, somebody mentioned on another forum ordering a turbo kit from IRP and receiving it a week later. Just FYI fwiw.

It was me, I ordered a set.
Decided to bite the bullet and see of they were prompt with shipping, and if it was just their communication isnt very great in my previous attempts.
I'll setup my phone set to max resolution on my tripod to get some video and inspect the product compared to some OEM Rx8 corner seals.
I'm currently just getting some misc hardware needed for the assembly replaced with new hardware because I would like to get rid of some of the old hardware that has surface corrosion. I also want to replace my exhaust manifold studs with new ones as the old studs are fatigued and I would rather not encounter a broken stud (I've had them break before, and since I will need to switch between OEM exhaust manifold and the turbo manifold, I would rather have new)

I know I'm "new" here (as in not posting, mostly quietly reading and "absorbing" ) but I'm wondering what is the true demand for such seals ?
My friend has a machine shop, he is producing most of the tools for Continental (used in manufacturing and assembling hose/pipe parts for VAG and MERC group). a lot of tools are EDM cut.
If one could provide with the dimensions (the depth to be cut) he could do it. but to make it worth, it should be done at large number of (not one-2 sets). And for the reasons of aftermarket seals, done on OEM plugs.
Do these plugs actually wear out , I have never measured one, but they are mostly static in the engine, and don't "rub" directly... idea being, to use old plugs for cost....
