Enclosed Trailer Experience / Recommendations

Hey 8Club!

Quick question for those who trailer their vehicle(s) to events. Finally found a truck, towing with Nissan Titan XD rated up to 12,6xx lbs.

I have a few rough ideas of what will potentially work but ultimately are all negotiable. I've located a few 'new' used trailers around that are available. Prefer to find enclosed trailer for under $10k, production date of 2015 or newer, length approx 20-25 ft, ramp, side door, etc. I figure I can fit a wall mounted wheel rack, small sized tool box, air-compressor, gas generator, a/c, fidge(?), golf cart or scooter(s), etc.

How large of a trailer did you find best suited to your needs? What did you conclude were essential features for you to have on track? Suggestions?

Thank you for looking!

20 ft will work with a golf cart but it's a bit tight. I think it's better to get a 24 ft. I would spend a bit more to get something with better panels rather than a basic wood finish, trailer value usually doesn't depreciate too much, so it's kinda worth it to spend a little more if you can.

regardless of your truck’s hauling capacity, lighter is always better if you can afford it.

Definitely size and weight are major considerations, budget has some flexibility. I'm also actively looking for a 5th wheel and don't want to go too overboard with spending atm. Moving forward, I'll keep an eye out for 'lightweight' trailers which have good insulation / paneling.

Thanks for the input guys
