Radio won't show version and doesn't work with external devices

Hello, I recetly bought an RX8 2004, 141kw. In the radio, there was plugged a yatour, external devices which let you to use aux, etc, but it didn't work. When I wanted to show radio version, holding the "1" and "Audiocont" buttons, it just beep once and the display is empty. And when I tried to change to external devices mode by holding "CD" button, it does nothing, changes to CD player mode.

Any suggestions what could be the issue? Broken connector for external devices?
