NC Looking for mechanics in the Raleigh, NC area.

I've used the search function, and i've been through different forums as well. All of the mechanics in the 3+ year old threads i've seen have either closed down shop or can't be found anywhere online. Does anyone know of any decent Rotary Mechanics or Rebuilders in the area? I have an engine that's going out soon (hot start issues) and i want to get a rebuild done on it. Do we even have an RX-8 community here in raleigh?

Also, side question. How soon after you start having hot start issues can you expect the seals to completely go out? 5-10k miles?

I do not - but I was impressed with Flow Mazda in Greensboro for maintenance and service on my RX-8.

RotorSports Racing Mazda RX-7 rotary engines and performance modifications shop

https://www.rotaryresurrection.com/
.
.These are the two rotary specific mechanics that would do rebuilds in the area. Rotary Resurrection is reputable from all that I've seen. Rotor Sports Racing seemed overpriced when I spoke to them. But then again, it's Charlotte, and any car mechanic in that area probably comes with a 20% upcharge.

Interested to hear your outcome Abdullah. I'm in the same position you were in with the drivability. Time to get something done.
