Vivid Racing has pics on their site -- check out their Project RX-8 pics or the B&B exhaust in their online catalog. Saw Huff's 8 with the B&B -- tips are bigger than my Borla (not as nice looking IMO) -- Sound is definitely louder than my Borla but not as deep (IMO) -- I did like it very much -- If you want loud and screaming -- it is a great choice (not as loud as the Greddy however -- that one is way too loud IMO).

Not sure of the weight difference -- my Borla was much lighter than the stock unit. As for HP -- I think you would be very hard pressed to say either made more HP than the other. Claims and reality are two different things as we have learned and replicating and comparing two different dyno runs from two different companies is impossible --- everything I have seen leads me to believe they would be within 1 hp of each other. Comes down to price, sound and looks.

ironmedic...

How have you enjoyed your 8? As you own a '89 'Stang with the good 'ol 302... I gotta ask. My last car in the States (and last sports car) was a '90 5.0 LX... which is now my father's project car. Boy do I miss that torque. Anyway... the 8 did surprise my father when I test drove it in the States on vacation... he hardly felt a thing, but I was doing 72mph. So how has it been for you overal?

As to not entirely hijack this thread... how is the sound of the B&B compared to a 5.0 with flowmaster or magnaflow?

i love my mustang alot. the torque throwing you to the back of your seat is a great feeling.

my RX8 feels very different from this due to the point its a different motor. the car has alot of top end speed for me and feels very graceful (not to mention quiet). i will always love the sound of a V8!
i do highly recommend an RX8 but remember, it doesnt compare with a mustang (totally different leagues). the sound of B&B compared to my spintechs are totally different. you really cant compare both noises. my spintechs are loud regardless how much you push the pedal down. the B&B is quiet unless you push the pedal down half way or more.
thats good for me cuz the exhaust noise will get to my head on those "annoying days" but other days i love to annoy others LOL!
