e-shaft pulley is wobling ALOT

Hallo i have searched the forum for 1 hour now and i cannot find anything. so here it goes.
I bought 2005 car wich have had som problems after engine change and at last just didnt want to start. i bought the car after this and so i did the following: Brand new coils, plugs and wires. chekcked the compression its all right. Lots of spark everywhere
then i noticed the e-shaft pulley jumping/wobling arround alot but its not loose. the problem is that the big pulley (english is not my forst language) that one thats held in place by the 19 mm bolt.
i took it off and i have sent it out to sandblasting because i wanted it all clean. but i want to know if anyone else have had this problem?. i dont believe i have the fallen dowm bearing wich im aware is a problem.

also while i have your attention could the e-shaft sensor plate have been mounted wrong.

Best regards Rasmus Andersen Denmark.

When you place the pulley mount back on the E shaft , wobble it by hand . If there is significant wobble , replace it with a new or good second hand one . It must be a snug fit on the E shaft .

Thanks i thought that to but This is actually so much that we fear some kind of e-shaft failure. Perhaps dirt could make it not sit correctly

Sounds like a bad stack. Was the engine ever rebuilt? Either way we need pics or more details.

If a new one wobbles on the e shaft then your e shaft is worn . There might be a possibility of machining and press fitting a bush to match the e shaft if you want to avoid stripping the engine down.

Thanks guys i will get back to you when I figure it out.
That engine has supposedly only done 40000 miles and has been put in the car last year with a Bunche of problems afterwards. And I must say I now believe this has been the problems all alon and when 2 of the coils want bad the car shut down.

And to answer your question about the position plate, yes it can be mounted backwards. The triangle stamped in by one of the flat spots should be facing the front of the car.

Hi guys thanks for all the answers here is the sad story. det Front main bearing is completely toast. the shaft is possibly bent i just dont believe that so tomorrow i will try to fit one of my front gears with bearing from my old 13 b it does fit and will give me the ability to check if the e-shaft really is bend.
