Alrighty so don't bite my head of right away, however iam thinking about 15 or 20mm wheel spacers on my R3 I want a more flush look but right now picking up new wheels isn't going to happen right now, plus I really do like the R3 wheels although mine could use some reconditioning as the previous owner obviously couldn't drive. Anyhow so does anyone have any insight on what a 15mm or 20 mm spacer may look like on the car. And has anyone herd of hubcentric are they good spacers? .. I do daily my R3

 

Doing to thisee does anyone know how I could resurface the stock R3 wheels or what the process of getting them looking like factory may be? Any information helps thankyou

 

I'm sure the spacers would look pretty cool. But you need to ask yourself do I really want to alter the geometry of the wheel base.
It can change the handling characteristics as well as add more stress on the wheel bearings. I would suggest going with a wider rim. It essentially gives the same appearance as well as add to the handling and traction without altering the geometry a great deal, thus giving your wheel bearings a normal lifespan.

But, I don't know if I totally agree with that. I don't see anything wrong with adding 15mm's all the way around on the stockers. Many people on here have added spacers larger and haven't had any problems (that I know of). A new set of rims is usually a lot of $$$. Plus, the R3 rims are PERFECT!

Then again, I could be wrong.

 

Btw, I got one of my R3 rims refurbished at a local detailing place. They do really high end cars, so I knew that I could trust them. My wheel looks straight from the factory now! (I think it was a couple hundred).
