Wheel Rubbing from 20's

I'm thinking of purchasing 20 inch wheels on my RX8 (stock)
The tires are 255/35/20. But im curious to know if i will have any problems with wheel rubbing and anything to do with the rim and tires being too large without any fender modifications and such...
I'm hoping I wont have to mod anything in order to have these rims and tires fit fine on my car.
Any help would be great.
Thank you

try to get 245/35 series tyres, thats what i have on my 8.
i'd also suggest to have front and rear guards (fenders) rolled/liped.
i have had no rubbing issues on the back when lowered 2.75", but i never had ppl at the back :p
i only rub the plastic tray on the front at full lock when lowered 2.5"
make sure you have correct offset for the wheels and tyres.

Offset's are the most important part to ensure necessary clearance.

Nice ride, yeah without the car being lowered it seems a bit off, the front looks like its really high off the ground.
What are some good springs to use to lower and how much?
I was thinking around the 1.3 to 1.7 inch lowering range. As well with H&R sport springs.
