Hey guys, new to the forum! Im also looking for a rotary mechanic in the bham area, I talked to a guy who was from hueytown who rebuild rotary engines, however I lost his number. I really need my rx8 back on the road. I believe I need a complete rebuild . if anyone can help, please give me a number to a mechanic to call. Thx! !

 

i work at firestone in bham and i own a '05 model with 130k miles , and a fellow mechanic has been telling me about this said rotory mechanic. Im going to look him up on craigslist, my coworker also told me he was looking for potential work. if i find anything on him, ill relay it to you guys. let me know if any of you has found anything as well. good luck.

 

https://bham.craigslist.org/aos/5406213227.html i find some one by the name of Bob, near greensprings. i havent spoken with him at all, so i cant tell you if hes legit or not. just ask him some questions about previous work, and if possible, see if he has any Certs from Mazda and ASE.
