2004 Mazda RX-8 GT - Low Compression

My engine started to suffer from compression issues, and due to the fact that I have a second car I'd like to just sell this one as-is. Other than paint rubbing off on one spot on the front bumper and a tad bit of rim-wear, the car is in great shape.
It has the GT trim with heated leather seats, black tinted windows, black-on-black seats, and 18" factory rims.
The battery is dead, but I just let it run for about 20 minutes this afternoon. It also has a tire that needs to be replaced. If you'd like to pick it up as-is, I could probably let it go for ~$1,200. If you'd like me to replace the tire and battery I'd like $1,500. If neither one of these prices seems fair to you, then just shoot me a PM and we'll see what we can do.
I will also be more than willing to send any pictures you'd like.
