Just joined the RX8 family in January with an '04 that has 50,000. Read as much from this site as I could before deciding on the RX8 and the one I bought passed all the tests for the engine/cat that I read so I felt confident in buying it. I love it so far except the previous owner put some aftermarket intake on it that looks like something from the shelf at Autozone. I want to put a stock airbox back in it for the reasons I read here under mods. Does an airbox mount from any year/transmission?

You want one from a 6 speed because of VFAD, but yeah they are the same for all the years.
