Alignment issues?

My nephew says that my right rear wheel is leaning in at the top. Is this an issue I can remedy? Is it a shock issue?

Op,

research camber and toe in regards to wheel alignment.

If you haven't had an all wheel alignment done in over two years I would suggest one.
