Whistle and loss of power when hot

My rx8 having issues when hot. She gets warmed up and runs fine. Full throttle and she is fine (when she hits warmed). but when she gets a bit hot or iv been driving for lets say 10 to 30 minutes/pushing her hard she starts to act. Symptoms are this weird whistle/sucking/pooping crackling in engine bay area. I can hear it pretty well and it gets louder the more i throttle it the more whistle/crackling/sucking. The more i punch it the more power loss and more noise at that point. When she is cool this does not happen. "the noises only start when real hot or driving for a while". One more thing also when she is cold/warm she pauses when i full throttle at about 4-5 k rpm, i almost positive that's the ssv sticking but i haven tgot around to that that, but it goes away after she warmed up.

Ive changed:
Spark plugs
Spark plug wires
Coils
Mid pipe
Battery terminals
Cleaned MAF
Cleaned Air intake
oil changed last month

After Market:
BHR Midpipe
BHR Coild plugs

The issue was Before those changes. If anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. What im thinking is she getting hot and the Cooling system is failing somewhere but why the whistle and crackling? or the SSV is sticking when she is hot or maybe vacuum leak? i don't know, just ideas i could use any ideas.

I changed the thermostat and did'nt fix it either. Water pump is working. Same whistle when i accelerate and crackling when hot, and its coming from the left side of the cars engine bay. drivers left. So its not coils, not plugs, not co0lling system, not mid pipe. And also i think it may be running lean, i can smell the exhaust bit and its a strong smell. I'm wondering if it could be o2 senor or fuel filter? jsut crazy how the cars turning into a slug when driving after 5-10 minutes.

I think I have the same issue! I had a CEL which were both o2 sensors. I've disconnected them to see if that solved the problem (open circuit) it really helped on the fuel side of things she must have been running really lean. This did not solve the power issue when hot. I'm looking at the problem as a starved engine! It's not the intake! that's clean! So I'm thinking clogged CAT! Engine running lean - fuel not being burnt off going right into the CAT! I'm dropping it at the weekend and let you know what I find!

Ok i found this Video and this is exactly what mine sounds like but the more i accelerate, the louder and more violent it sounds and of course it ONLY happens when the cars been driving for 10 mins or basically really hot. When im driving it sound like its behind the dash and right behind the intake.
