Undercarriage lights, Help!

So I'm getting some "ledglow" for underneath my rx8. I've done research but haven't found a concrete answer to my question. I'm asking where Can I put the led under glow for the back of the rx8. Keeping in mind, I have flowmasters exhaust and those get pretty hot and are also quite close to the end of the car.The farthest I can get then away from the exhaust in 4-6ish inches. When the installation guide says at least 8. Help would be much apperciated!

Thanks

the perfect spot to put them is back on the shelf at autozone... no offense... even though those neons will add 25 horsepower each

Jokes aside... you have the same car as us... crawl under and attach it to anything you can if that is what you really want. There isn't some super secret spot on the back of a car that you couldn't find yourself.

If you plan on removing the fake palstic mesh Mazda inserted in the rear of the bumper. then That would be the best spot in my opinion.. Remove the fake mesh, insert real chrome mesh and put ur neon bar inside. I can't really explain though, when you have the car up the lift, look under the inside the rear bumper you'll know what am talking about..
