I was looking and I think the hanging piston on the rear from the tow hook looks cool, and no flaming please, just wondering what pistons people use for these? Mainly just looking at size.

I seriously hate when people do this. Have you ever seen someone hang a rotor off their bumper?

 

did this a few years back using some old ford v8 piston

 

and how many people even know what a rotary is? I just want to see what it looks like, thanks for respecting my "no flaming please". and thanks guys I wasn't sure how big/small to look for.

i would worry about it banging around and hitting my car. i do have a plush dead piston i got at dgrr last year. bubble tech makes them

 

^That is exactly what I am worried about. I was figuring a small like weed eater piston or something similar wouldn't hit? I mean I guess I should try to measure and the max size I can use but I am sure someone uses one that doesn't bang around everywhere.

Some gas stations sell piston-shaped keyrings... easier to find/cheaper that salvaging one off of an engine, smaller/lighter so it may not hang low enough to bang against the car.
