TEIN Dampers - Street Basis on S2?

Does anyone have any kind of experience with this setup on a S2, or even S1? For someone who can't budget in a 1,500+ setup, these seem like a pretty decent option. I'm seriously thinking about getting these, and obviously will post a ton of content if/once I do. Would love to hear opinions! Just looking for a good street setup, I have no intentions to do any type of racing yet.

TEIN's Info: TEIN USA | PRODUCTS | STREET BASIS

Might buy them here, also has additional height and spring rate info: TEIN Dampers - Street Basis MAZDA RX-8 2004 - 2011 GSM56-11SS2

These would go on a 2011 sport btw.

A local member, cornholio135, just installed these and is very happy with them. He has an S1 but they will fit on an S2 no problem. These are abetter option than many of the more expensive options like the Stance, powertrix, BC, etc. These are not adjustable in terms of damping or rebound but that doesn't matter because all of the coilovers under $1500.00 that do offer adjustment are crap, the adjustment is just a selling point and does nothing beneficial.

I installed these a few weeks ago and am very happy with results. I had Tein drop springs and KYB shocks. I set them ~ 1" above the lowest setting and can clear my driveway and can drive around town. Significant reduction in body roll. Car fells planted. I also have Hotchkis sways AP rear links and RB front links. Rear is rolled and plastic tab removed. Wheels are 18x9 +35 tires 245/40.

I am also seriously looking into getting these! OP I am going to purchase them here:

A little cheaper than THMotorsports, $619.
