Specifically used? Junkyards mostly. Mazmart has some small selection of used parts.
Part out threads here on RX8Club.com, check the classifieds section.
If you are trying to save money because a dealer gave you a high price quote on something, keep in mind that you can get most OEM parts for far far cheaper than a dealer will quote you, without having to go used.

I was looking for a scrap yard that was dedicated to RX8s...they have tons of them for Miata's, even Mr2s etc.
Just looking for a battery box...right now my new used car has the battery just sitting in the tray..without anything securing it.

The RX-8 isn't a very common car, so there aren't any salvage businesses that can stay in business dealing with strictly RX-8s. I know of an RX-7 one in Missouri that deals with 8s on occasion, and I know Mazmart in Georgia deals with 8s on occasion, though they are more Mazda in general.
If you are looking for part number assistance, you can get it on the boards pretty easily. Otherwise again, Mazmart is a good option. They can get anything a dealer can get, and nearly always at hugely cheaper prices (some rarer exceptions)
You haven't mentioned what you are looking for yet, so I can't really give you more specific help.

Your cheapest option will be one of the part out threads currently in progress in the classifieds. (start here: RX-8 Parts For Sale/Wanted - RX8Club.com)
Your next cheapest option will be to contact Mazmart. (Mazmart: Your wise choice for Mazda parts. In business since 1980. or paul@mazmart.com)
