yesterday i emailed him with a question about trans/diff oil which he promptly answered. i told him i would be ordering that night or today. he said if i got my order in within half an hour he could ship it out the same day which i wasnt too concerned about. placed my order and got my confirmation email.

a few hours go by and i get another email from him stating he got distracted at work and it didnt get shipped in time so he paid extra to overnight my order to me. charles wanted to keep his word and is a great guy. he and bhr are a big asset to our small niche market.

i started a similar thread years ago when i bought a used n02 kit from a member here. i only got the tb spacer from bhr and charles still walked my through the install even tho i didnt buy the kit he pioneered from him.

btw 9krpm was a big help with that project too

 

Agreed, Charles is awesome. I initially e-mailed him about my mid-pipe having strange hissing noises, until I came to a conclusion that it is normal. I bought the pipe secondhand and he still helped me completely on the issue. His responses were very prompt and helpful and offered a transfer of warranty coverage for the mid-pipe to me. Great products, great service, great company and staff.

 

Can't say enough about how great Charles at BHR is. Emailed him with a question and got a quick response, he didn't even know I was a BHR customer when he was responding to me! Still willing to help in anyway, great guy, great company!

 

Great guy indeed! Ive had the pleasure to stay at his place for almost a entire week! kicking it with the BHR crew was an amazing experience.
