P0410 P0302 Limp Mode

Hi,
Two days ago my check engine light flashed when I was gunning it on the freeway and it was gone after like 10-15 seconds, however i was limited to 7200rpm.
Later on i continue driving normally around 5k rpm and my cel turned on completely. However i didn't feel any lose of power, so I head back home with the cel on but the car performance was unaffected. the morning after i went to autozone to check the codes but they didn't let me borrow the reader so I was stupid and took out the battery, the codes were gone everything was good though. Yesterday my cel flashed again and I got P0302 and the car started hesitating. Today, I got the P0410 and the car went into limp mode won't rev over 4.5k rpm. I took out the plugs and wires and checked them, everything was good besides previous owner changed them not too long ago.the car is 2004 6spd with 57k miles on it. Please help i don't know what to do.Thanks.

I was driving it normal in the beginning.. just spirited driving in canyon at night... excuse me but what is hot *******? never hard of this term. it's not drivable anymore it feels like there's something clogged, it sounds like there's something clogged but no codes from the CAT. I might end getting straight pipe for the mean time.

What makes you think that the plugs/coils are good?
Have you inspected the cat, to make sure there is no damage/clogging?
Have you checked to make sure your air pump is functioning properly?

Let us know what you HAVE DONE, so that we can help you with what you SHOULD DO.

I have checked the resistance on the plugs and wires with multimeter and they were in the range of the manual.
I didn't inspect the cat yet, im going to do that tomorrow morning.
I heard the air pump doesn't really affect performance, However I order working one from ebay.
I don't know how to check the coils, should I get oem coils or BHR?
The engine sound restricted, I don't know if you can call limp mode, but the rpm decrease every time I drive it and today, I went in the after noon to the exhaust shop which was close btw, and I could barely get to 3.5k rpm. the engine was really loud. sound coming from the exhaust. I think it's clogging of the cat but I'll know for sure tomorrow.
