Pennzoil synchromesh tranny oil

Picked up some of this so i could do a tranny fluid change but i found all of 3 threads with minimal reference to this fluid. It doesn't state it's GL rating or it's viscosity, but it does say its good for yellow metals and it is for manual transmissions.

I saw one thread where someone said they use it and another with someone who used the GM sold FM additive one. Plenty of people out there are using it including probe guys who say they have a mazda tranny. This was the only fluid i could find locally that wasnt GL5 or 4/5 and didnt have limited slip stuff in it.

Anyone else using it with success? Having to order something like redline is hard because if anythign ever happens the car is down for a week plus until i can get more. It's also very pricey.

I believe the Pennzoil Synchromesh is the incorrect viscosity at about 70w80.

drive down to a local Ford / Mazda dealer, ask service department for Ford Motorcraft Transmission Fluid. Drain, Fill, call it a day.

How does this tranny fluid work? Im debating between this or Valvoline synchromesh.

Thanks,
