I made a new thread to keep it easier for everyone to follow.

I'm doing another CZ Stage 1/2 GB, this time open to 25 buyers. Right now I have 18 people that have expressed interest, but I a few haven't gotten back to me, so we'll say somewhere around 15 at the moment.

I can accept any mix of stage 1 and 2 since they're all the same price now. If you'd like a midpipe kit, I can order that as well, but shipping will be considerably more and you'll pay normal retail for the midpipe portion of the order. PM me for more details on that.

I'm going to close the GB to new buyers in about 2 weeks. IF I HAVE 25+ BY THEN, THE PRICE IS $520 SHIPPED. If it's 24 or less, the price is $535 shipped. As in the previous GB, I accept (in order of preference): Paypal (+3%), Money Order, or Bank Check (the latter 2 need to be express mailed, I'll explain why in a moment.) I can take personal checks in exceptional circumstances, PM if you think you'll have to do that.

When the GB is closed, I'll determine how many units to shoot for and ask for a "verbal contract" of payment from the buyers. If we have 25, it's $520, less than that, $535. You will know then as some people will flake on me at the last minute. After I've recieved confirmation, I'll set a payment date 10 days later and place the order with Maurice. I MUST have your payment in my hands by that date, or your position is forfeited. If you choose to Paypal, feel free to send it on the last day. If you're mailing payment, I encourage you to at least use a method that allows tracking. I'm not an established business, just a guy doing a favor, and I cannot be responsible for payment lost in transit. Once all payment is received, I'll make the wire transfer and it should be 2-3 weeks from then until the order is received. A drop ship system is possible, but for now, I'll be receiving all the units and shipping them individually.

The streetability of stage 2 depends on the midpipe kit you use. The stage 2 pushes exhaust gas temps way out of range of the stock exhaust system and catalytic convertor, so they need to be replaced with high temp units. With CZ's midpipe4, you get a random tech high temp/flow cat, and a magnaflow resonator. this in combination with a quality aftermarket exhaust ought to keep the noise within reason. anything less, and it will be loud. If you're in an emissions controlled state, you'll likely fail as the OEM cat has been replaces. aside from the noise and the emissions everything else is just fine, it runs on 91 octane gas. check out CZ's site for more options.

when roughly will we receive the units if we decide to buy or will that not be determined till all the places are filled?

At the latest, I will close the deal on the 16th. Whether or not I have 25 buyers then determines the price. If I get 25 before then, I'll close it then. It will be 3-4 weeks between then and receipt of the units, as I have to collect payment, make the wire, wait to them to come in (2-4 weeks), and then ship them back out to you all.

BTW: If anyone has reservations about sending some stranger $530, I'll have a vouch list in about a week when the buyers from the first GB receive their units. Please don't bother Maurice, as he doesn't know me outside of this. I can provide proof of payment to him from the first GB if you need it.
