Inconsistent fluctuating idle when stopped. (video)

2004 GT Manual
45k Miles
92/93 Octane always
Conventional Castrol oil changes every 3k miles.
AFE Shift Kit
Mazdaspeed dual-canister exhaust
Everything else is stock

A couple weeks ago, I came to a stop at a light and noticed my idle was fluctuating from ~1000 to ~1600 back and forth. I could get it to stop (sometimes) by giving it a few good revs.

This only seems to happen every so often; definitely not every time I drive my car.

The higher revs i'm doing in attempts to get it to go back to normal. Any idea's? It doesn't seem to be negatively affecting anything that I can tell.

Did you ever clean your MAF and IAT sensor? If not, you might want to give that a shot.

Forgot to add that. They're clean.
