custom sound system help with thos damn bose amps help!!!!!!!!!

okay i am replacing all the speakers in my car, hu , everything. i tore into it last night let me tell you this car is one of the hardest i have installed in before. lol anyway that makes it fun.

now here is the problem i dont have the wiring diagram for the whole cars sound system now with the bose set up in it. i have the components in the front and 6x9's in the rear. ran all the rca's, power cable, remote wire, everything is almost done just ran out of wire at the end thank audio guy that said that should be enough. (lol) got to where i was testing system off the new hu and fronts sounds amazing so then i moved on to the rear and replacing the 6x9's. i was in the process when i noticed that there are a hell of alot more wires going into and out of the rear amp. so i disconnected it and was going to bypass the rear amp, and run my rear speakers straight to the new amp for my highs and mids. so after that i just put the car back together and moved it outside untill im able to get more wire for the amps and such.

when i was moving it outside i noticed i wasnt getting any sound at all out of the fronts at all. so my question is does anyone know if the factory harness for the speakers run threw the rear amp, because i didnt reconnect the rear amp?

all help would be greatly thanked rx-8 world thank you guy

So, you have an amp for the front speakers correct? Did you bypass the amps for the front speakers? Did you run new wires into the doors for the new door speakers or did you use the harness at the headunit (Big No no)

Having a hard time understanding what's going on. List the equipment you're installing, with model numbers.... specifically the amp(s).

Wiring of the Bose setup is in the factory service manual:

http://freeservicerepairmanual.com/a...repair-manual/

It starts about page 82 of chapter 13 (electrical).

Not really sure why anything to do with the Bose system is coming into play. If you're replacing "everything" then don't touch the Bose amp.

just wanted to say thanks for everyone input. the system is done and sounds great. i have a dual 12 sub zen enclosure pushing the 12 is a memphis 1100 watt amp at one ohm, i have crossfire componets in the doors and pioneer 5 way 6x9 in the rear deck pushing all that is a memphis 75x4. also have installed a battery/cap combo in the trunk also. my subs are premier TS-W3002D2|D4 and i will tell you i am amazed at how the sound turned out. thank you all when i get done with the fake floor in the trunk i will post some pics
