nope.
I hate having things plugged in where the wires are in site so I utilize the outlet in the center console for my phone, etc

you can also make the power outlet to the little circle thats next to the glove box

or you can buy a power outlet at radio shack and hide it behind the dashboard

you can also do the same thing and replace the passenger airbag light with a power outlet (diy on how to do that is on this site)

I don't have the RB pod but I hate having that little "hatch" open so I just put a splitter in the center console and ran my gps and radar detector through the center "passage" to keep it clean.
