Thumbs down Bad guy -- jay@evo-r.net

Well i purchased some Galaxy Grey painted eyelids from the site on Feb 28th for 144.00$

A week later my car was totaled and I emailed jay to cancel the order to get a refund -- He replied and told me he had just sent some out already and asked me what color did i order -- I replied and told him -- After this he never replied or refunded me so i thought he shipped them out -- that's fine cause i did order them its not his fault i got into the accident.

A few days pass and i was dealing with the accident and insurance to get my check then i started looking for another car so a few weeks pass and i forget about the eyelids....I got another 8 a week ago....

I start ordering stuff for my 8 and remember the eyelids i had purchased for the other 8 that i never got -- On the the 17th of April i send an email to jay telling him that he never shipped me the eyelids or gave me a refund.....no reply.......email him again asking him what happened.....no reply......I open a dispute on paypal but they close it citing 45 days already pasted.....email jay again....no reply.

Now i'm SOL on my $140 for trusting him -- i would have been happy to get the original color order cause i would have just resold them -- Watch for this dude i hear he takes long to ship and his customer service is nowhere to be found.

sorry about that man. I too have has the same issue with jay and pm/emails. I needed a end link piece and got ahold of him. he told me that he would send me one free after i offered to pay he just needed shipping info. I sent it and a week passed. I then asked again offering to pay once again. He told me he need my shipping info once again. I did so and he vanished once again. From what i have heard it is all too common from him. either way i hope you get this all worked out.

emails can be read anywhere in the world, being outside of the country is not an excuse when you are running a business.
I dislike dishonest and won't consider this vendor when I need parts. i hope you can resolve
the issue.

I have a very strict policy of not sticking my nose in others business problems, I am waiting on an order from him so I will ask the next time he shoots me the email when my order is ready. It really is a waiting game, but in the end he has always come through for me.

I never had a problem with him, but him being hard to reach at times has happened before. He is not dishonest IMO/experience, certainly never kept a paying customer waiting 2+ years later if you know what I mean. Did you try PMing him here?

UPDATE.

I don't know weather it was you guys or what but i got my order yesterday.....freaking weird as hell as it just shows up out of nowhere no tracking no nothing. Either he saw this or it takes over a month to send out some eyelids -- they are painted to the original order.

So i thank you guys for posting up in here maybe it sparked a fire under him and im no longer out $140.

After all this i will not be dealing with evo-r again....if he would have just emailed me he would have had a customer for way more of his products but o well.

Thanks again guys.

PS...Brice thanks a ton man if i wouldnt have gotten my order that would have really helped me out.

No worries, takes about a week to get stuff from him because they are shipping from overseas.

Glad you got the original order.

I've never had a problem with him when I bought painted eyelids and trunk spoiler many years ago.
