Creaking noise when hit bumps under 30 mph
I just got my drivers side control arm installed last week at 60k miles and now today while driving it I notice it started to make a creaking sound that sounded like a dirty spring kind of like a box spring for a bed. I was looking at the forums to try to find something relevant but its all from six years ago and there was a recall for the ball joints... but considering the dealer just put new ones in does anyone have any ideas what it could be before i take it in for them to look at it???? Thanks for helping
Possible that the joins werent clean when the LCA was installed, could be some sand/grime? Try giving the LCA's joints a blast of WD40 to see if it helps. Also is it coming from the front or back? have someone bounce on a supported area a bit to see if you get the squeeks so that you can isolate exactly where it is coming from.
If you can get a sound clip that would help a bunch too.

its definitely coming from the drivers side I pressed down directly above all the springs and the only one that makes a strange noise is the drivers side one. Which is the End link that mazda fixed two weeks ago. Now it is also make a clunk noise while turning.
well i wd-40 everything that moved on the drivers side and it still squeaks it never did it before I got a new End link. Is there anyone that has input before i take it to the mechanic in the morning?
OK so i just got back from the mechanic and they said that when they put in a different End link that it put differet stress on the from and made the tie rod end loosen up a little bit... or something like that but it stopped squeaking so that is all i care about
