Okay, first things first. It's a 2004 but what is the mileage and and is it an auto?

Okay, but this is when you are in park right? Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal. Then disconnect the plug that goes into the throttle body and reconnect it, making sure it is properly seated until you hear the "click" sound. Then connect your negative terminal and see if the problem persists. Also, you have no check engine light or battery light right? A poor battery can cause weird issues.
