I have a question about the factory radio, I just purchased an 04 RX8 and the radio sounds terrible (no bass and when I turn up the volume its distorted) could this be the speakers or could the radio not be installed properly?

 

Speakers may be toast. They're all of 7 years old now...

If it is having problems when you are listening to the radio then it could possibly be some type of problem with the receiver.... But if it does it with CDs then it is almost definitely speakers
