Myself (nor the owner) couldn't tell what made all these scratches on a two year old car. It took me a while to make some progress and there is still some work to be done in my opinion but here's where I got it to so far. He's coming back in the spring so I can finish - time/$$ wise this one wouldn't fit into the time frame we planned for.
