Hey peeps, just thought I'd share some pics of my gf's mazda 3 wheels.
FIRST - I KNOOOOOOOOW it needs to be lowered. actually, the front struts are blown so new suspension is on the short list, probably tein h + koni b/c it's a daily driver. BUT, this was a nice little deal that I couldn't pass up on...HUGE thanks to a fellow rx8 member (rodjonathan). hopefully he'll chime in with pics too
they fit great, ride smooth, and going from the oem 205's to 225's feels great in turns! and i've always wanted black wheels, i just didn't get them on my 8. oh, stockers shown are actually from a mazda 5, but they're 17's; the new ones are 18's, 18x8 or 18x7.5 I think. oem tires were 205/50/17, these are 225/40/18.

AHHHHHHH DUDE!! looks like you have that same issue on the driver's side, but overall it looks AWESOME with your color scheme. the gray w/ the black wheels, cf hood, tinted tails and NOW cf trunk....it looks awesome man.
how did your taillight mount? what about the weather stripping?

no wait, i think i take that back tilla - b/c your gf's 3 with THOSE rims will make my gf's rims with these rims look like crap...so keep your gf and your fancy rims to YOURSELF!
lol some funny stuff ... and 2tone i actually left the weather stripping in coz it did make a LITTLE difference but not much so id rather keep the trunk water free i pulled the tubes out and it helped so i left the reat of the stripping in
i actually got the carpet thing attached on the inside of the trunk too
