Only reason I could think of is for the proper torque specs????????

OP, if the kit includes an alternator pulley, make sure you go get an impact wrench to aid in getting it off!

And, I don't know if these are under driven(and came with belts of not), so they could us different belts??????

i have the Greddy pulleys. they do not come with a belt. use an impact wrench like already mentioned for the alternator bolt(21mm i believe). remove the screws on the water pump pulley10 or 12mm). you will need to loosen the alternator by turning the nut on the top of the bracket. you will need to loosen the one on front first. then the belt will come loose. remove your pulleys. install the new ones. the water pump one uses new screws. the alternator reuses the stock one. put the belt back on. tighten everything back up.

BTW, they are not under-driven, just lightened.

Noted for future reference!
You got the torque specs for him?
Wondering if the would be the same as stock in that regard?

Yeah........most important thing is to check them after a few drive cycles to insure they are still tight.

Yeah.............I suppose.
You're always bringing up those little things!

After the install................

Turn the car to on but do not start
Pump the brake pedal 20 times in a 8 second period
If you did it right the oil pressure gauge will sweep, if it doesn't....then start over again.

if the pulleys are just lightened do you really need to reset the e-shaft?

Isn't this done only if you replace the e-shaft pulley? As the e-shaft sensor is located by the e-shaft pulley and it reads the way it spins. I could be wrong... but if you only replace the alternator pulley and the water pump pulley, you didn't mess with the eccentric shaft sensor, so in my opinion it doesn't need to be reset. Unless you replace the main e-shaft pulley...

From Nuke's photos it looks like the GReddy Pulley Kit includes an e-shaft pulley.
i never said anything about an e-shaft pulley. i did install an Agency Power one with my Greddy pulleys though when i did my turbo install.
