Trade it for a MT or atleast an 06+ AT. I'm sure the $2700 will cover the difference not to mention you will be able to notice the change.

I LOVE THE S-TECHS would you suggest sways over struts??
i was gonna get the bhr kit but i just replaced the plugs and coils, and wires tested fine
and im going w/ the borla (love the sound)
cai seems futile
and im not getting an AP for a 4port AT, just not worth it to me

thanks for the list

whoa.
cobb not worth it for the 4AT?! that's probably the best thing for your 4AT..
i dont have mine yet (im a 6AT), but it is definitely going to happen as soon as im off the tight budget.

the s techs were a difference that I could feel from driving right away, but i dont know about struts or sways since I have neither.

I have the mazdaspeed CAI, and it isnt useless. if you are sticking NA you will want each little horsepower you get, and with the cobb AP it will bring out even more gains.. the CAI will give a larger gain than your catback exhaust most likely

Get struts if you are getting springs, as you will be able to install both at the same time. Sway bars can be put on later, though they probably make a bigger difference driving wise.
Cobb AP isn't just for power. It's the best all around mod for the money.

Wrong... A good quality exhaust will give you more hp than a CAI... The CAI will give you like 1 hp and is more for sound. The stock airbox is perfectly fine, hell I believe Speedsource races their 8 with the stock airbox and paper filters.

The RB catback will give you around 4-5HP

all I'm seeing is that you don't want to DIY springs.... the DFW crew has done so many spring install days we can tackle one car in about an hour. Just make an install day and you'll have people around to help you out...provided there are refreshments.

catback and CAI are mainly for sound/looks. Neither one nets much, if any, power.

While I agree with you about the sound the catback opens more possibilities of more hp, drop in a midpipe with a good exhaust that 3" and bam that's like 7-11 more hp than stock. Bigger diameter pipes means less pressure... 3" pipe flows better than 2". Less backpressure = more hp

First, I think you are making up numbers lol. Second, the midpipe makes the power difference, not the catback.
