I have question about the fuel tank set up.

I took out the carbon canister & the pump between the rear differential box & the trunk floor.

I labeled 3 ports from the top of the fuel tank 1/2/3. #1 has bigger port than the other 2. I blocked that one shut. I connected #2 & #3 ports together with an Y connector then hooked it up to the hose coming from the filler neck.

will this work?

Those are the evap and purge control emissions stuff...what you did should work...only problem you need to watch for is that the roll over valves still function...wouldn't want to be upside down with them draining fuel out of the system
