UK Bad back pressure at high revs

Hi guys new to this great Rx8 site and i'm hoping that some one may be able to help. My Rx8 is the 231 with the three breather hose's to the air intake i've also fitted a oil catch tank between the oil filler and air intake.
When driving normal taking the revs up gentle have no problems at all but if i floor it go up the gears hitting the beep buy the time i hit 4th gear beep my catch tank is full to the top with oil and some oil still finds its way to the air intake.
The car runs really well no problems cold or hot starting , it has new uprated coils ht leads new plugs just had dealership service and it a new engine fitted to the car only 10k .
Done many searches over the internet never found anything like this only rx7 with turbo's ..... if any one can help then you must be the man

Been back to the dealer they had the car all day checking it over , They tell me that after all there checks they found nothing that should cause my engine to blow back oil into my catch tank and fill it and still flood my air intake too....... there going to contact mazda to see if they have anything on there data base... but they did notice i'm using K&N panel filter , and asked if it had only happed since iv'e used this fillter ,i'm sure this has happened with the old stock one too.
Could they be blameing heavy blow back on K&N filter ?
