Is there a way to fix a deep gash on ur paint job? Like could a kit do it? Or should I just stick with going to a pro?

 

Mazda dealers sell touch up paint for $12ish. The applicator is horrible (nail paint brush) so recommend using a q-tip or something similar. Have patience while working and use multiple coats to build up the gash. I had something very similar (to the metal) happen and touched it up. Looks ok. Not to the caliber (or cost) of a pro job but you may have better luck with some patience (which I lacked).

The toothpick is the way to go!

even the corner of a folded piece of paper works pretty well to apply the paint.

 

If its a deep gash you need to sand and blend the whole area.

Find a good body shop.

 

I was curious did you have any luck with this?
