Question car wont start and power is there?? PLEASE HELP
so yesterday my car died and then started after the 3rd try and today i finally wont start, the batter has plenty of charge all my lights and stuff work, the alternator is running at like 14.5 volts, now my on question is, could it be the starter?? if so where is it located???

PLEASE HELP
