Wheel Refinishing??
Wheel Refinishing??
Does anyone know a DIY method of refinishing wheels? Here are some pics of one of my wheels. All of the other wheels lips are like the dull part in these pics. Could I just polish all of the lips? What would I use?
Try Mother's Mag & Aluminum polish. Works well for me with their Powerball.

First i would do some research into the finish on the wheel. Call manufacture
Before sanding/or compounding I would try the product that I mentioned
If there isn't a clear coat then the product I mentioned should take that out no problem.

Always go from a mild to more aggressive approach, therefore start with mild polish and only progress with a cutting compound or wet sanding (in that order) if necessary. You'll be amazed at what simple mild polishing can often do.
