its not a JDM because of the accessport. lol.

it seems its an 04-05 4 speed auto.

I don't think its JDM 5 speed. Wouldn't the brake fluid reservoir be on the other side?

Either way its pretty impressive for the AT or more specifically the 4 port community of Rx8s.

I don't even think the 288hp is the most. I've seen another video claiming the 4 port at 300+ but the video is really bad and you don't even get to see the car itself, just the alleged cars flying by on the highway.

I dont know if you've noticed that this car was dynoed in Europe (Greece afaik) and the power is calculated @ flywheel, its not whp
Its probably not auto also as we got quite a lot 4port manuals here...

i already pointed out that there is no way its a JDM since the video says it was tuned with an accessport.

is this video more fodder for the sc/tc debate?

I just sent them a message on their Contact Us page and asked whether they used the 4spd auto or 5spd manual for those 4ports. I'll post up if they respond.

Us 6 port turbo guys have always known the 4 port would make an easy 300 whp - just took someone with the ***** to try upping the boost ....

Having said that :
it is flywheel HP not wheel hp on that dyno .
This was on a stock Greddy turbo - hope they were running meth !!!

gotta disagree with you on that one Brettus, I don't think 300 whp is an easy task for a 4 port. Look at Phil's8, he's got every mod under the sun and still isn't there.
