you can definitely go wrong with Paypal.. they don't help you at all if he takes your money..

while it could be that the guy may be a scammer don't jump to conclusions just because he doesn't post here..

pay with a CC if you want to have any chance at recuperating money (chargeback) ...

 

nevermind I don't want it anymore. its been like a week with no response so i'm out.....

 

aren't these things like 45-50 dollars at most major auto parts stores?
