This kit includes a BRAND NEW rebuilt liquid cooled GReddy turbo from Bryan @ BNR so the new owner wont need to worry about reliability issues and this turbo also includes a 60-1 compressor wheel capable of 360wrhp. The wastegate was also upgraded so boost will not drop at higher RPM's. I will also include upgraded Turbonetics silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps.

The other bonus is a GReddy Type-RS 40mm BOV. I also have a 3/4" recirculation adapter so that you can pass emissions.

The reason I am selling is because the GReddy exhaust manifold developed a small crack. You need to preheat the manifold to 400 degrees before you start. Then you use a nickel rod to weld the crack and when it’s done you stick the manifold in a box full of sand so that it retains the heat and cools down over a 12hr period.

I put the kit together on my kitchen floor so that you can see the kit is complete. The new owner will need to purchase a Cobb AccessPort. I got rid of the GReddy Emanage EMS.

Why not just have a custom manifold made?
You already have a mock-up manifold (Greddy) to get the dimensions and clearance issues out of the way.
I'm sure you spent well into the $4500-$5500 range with that BNR upgrade. It's a shame for you to lose the whole kit because of a manifold issue.
On the Miata turbo kits made by Greddy....the manifold ALWAYS cracked. It was just a matter of time. We usually replaced them, welded them, or put relief cuts to avoid the issue.
I would try talking to some fabricators that specialize in manifolds. The last time I was quoted for a custom manifold for my ITB'd Miata - it was in the range of $800-$1000 for a full one-off custom manifold with flow analysis.
Mind you, that was a completely new design that was to be built ground-up. If you have a mock-up, you can save a lot of labor time and you just want something similar with better materials and welds.

Besides, I sold my Cobb AP, gauges, short shifter, greddy oil pan and Mazsport 3.5" CAI so it's too late.
