Help! Ac blower motor clicking

Ok about 2 weeks ago i started hearing a clicking sound from the dash somewhere. I just ignored it at first but it started getting really annoying. I did some research and found where the blower is located under the dash. I pulled it out and inspected it and found no signs of debris so i plugged it in and held it and the noise is definitely coming from there I tried to take the turbine off to inspect under it but could not get it off. Does anybody have any idea what to do?

You need a new Beryllium Sphere.
