Steering issue

Got my car back on friday after having to have my windshield resealed. I am experiencing issues when turning left, the wheel feels tight like if I am not getting any power steering assistance and when turning right it feels real loose, i barely have to nudge it and the car will go right. Took it back saturday morning, but they were full on appointments and couldn't get to it till monday, so they said to bring it back saying that the alignment was probably needing adjusting. I took it to a friend's shop and he check the alignment and everything was well with specs, so any other ideas of what it might be.

I read MM's post about his issue and wondering if when they disassembled my dash that they also removed the steering linkage and somehow screwed something up.

While inspecting my dash... found a lot of little tool marks of where they weren't being careful enough .... should i bitch about this as well?
