the problem with Esmeril and AT's is that there is not engine management for them yet.

The esmeril is a bad choice for an AT imo anyways. The esmeril kit won't give you much low end power....that kit is nothing more than a bling/dyno queen kit. The GReddy kit will give you a quick spool and the low end power we all need and desire whether manual or AT. Plus there are some nice upgrade options for the GReddy turbo thru BNR or Fluid Motorsports, which the latter I have.

Of course I don't have an AT so I could be talking out of my ***.

im lookin in the market to buy a stand alone. and i also contatced Esmeril to see if they have any reconmendations.. as far as a suitable one for there kit. so othere than that.. what esle would you think would be a problem with it.. cuz all in all it looks like a good kit to go with. its upgradable and already comes with a upgraded fuel pump and ports

yeah, you're going to need a conversion to manual for 300 whp. So make sure you budget for that.

We took an Int-X off of a 6 port engine and used it on the 4 port for a custom supercharged application. Works great. One of the connectors on the Int-X doesn't go into 4 port PCM, but that connector is what allows the Int-X to control auxiliary functions on the 6 port. Just don't worry about that connector, and the Int-X gives good enough control of the injectors, and ignition to achieve reliable results.

^^^ What Red Devil said.
It's not "if the AT can handle a Turbo or Supercharger" it's more alonge the lines of can it handle the tune?

I think the answer to that is an easy yes, provided you have adequate fueling and ignition capabilities to match the extra volumes going into the engine.

It's just that MAP isn't as graceful as MAF tuning...but MAP architecture is time tested and reliable. Most important issue is the same as always, finding someone that is capable of tuning whatever setup you have. Sadly, this is more of an issue than one would think.
