Unhappy Problems w/ ignition!

I think i. The other night i was... Wait! It started periodically over time. I knew i had to replace my spark plugs. I was having misfire. Well one time i was on the freeway and the traction control symbol was flashing and i couldnt accelerate past 5k rpm. I colndt even posssible think of the problem. Anywayz the other night i was driving and pop goes my master cylinder in my clutch.. I freak out cuz once again i coudlnt accelerate and my check engine was freaking out as well! Well a couple days later(today) i changed the plugs and only one of my rotor is working. From the coil is the problem so it seems. We tested the voltage on both ends of the plugs and both are recieving current. The problem is no power to the one rotor! Any solutions?? Has anyone been through this before?

You have four coils. Change them all and all four plugs as well.
Need more info on your car.........such as year and mileage.......and where you are at.
Confused by what you might mean about what was said about master cylinder, but let's get by that.

i chnged the plugs and the wires. from the coils on the top are four connectors as well.. all in a row of four.. the two on the left if we are looking at it from the drivers side of the bay not directly in front. the first 2 are one rotor and so on. we unplugged the first 2 and the car still started the same after the mess up which was slow and sluggish. than did the same on the other 2 and no start. but there is current going to both ends of the plugs

...Wait one of your rotors in the engine stopped working? Is that even possible without the whole engine shutting down? Based on the mechanics of the engine that doesn't make sense... Explain how you came to that conclusion.

Have you checked continuity through the plug wires? Are your plug wires connected properly, I know dumb question but you wouldn't believe the stupid fixes I've seen. Also, have you had the wiring checked from the coil connector plug to the ECU?
