Im running Kumho 710s for the first time this coming weekend. What is the general range for air pressures that people are using for these tires on the 8? Knowing this would save me a little time finding the best air pressure to run with.

 

Last weekend we ran 37-38 in 710's. Used all the tread face, never built enough heat even with co-driver to analyze more than that. Ambient temps were high-40's on an asphalt surface, and not a super fast course.
FWIW the car has only been autox'd twice while in my possession, so probably not optimal pressures... but seemed safe.

what you fail to realize "teamrx8" is that some of the people who post on this website do actually take the time to search the forum for their answer. You should stop being so concerned about whether or not someone has done a search before posting. Typing in a few numbers is certainly faster than telling another member to search before posting. The point of this forum is to share knowledge and help out fellow 8 owners. Maybe you will think about that the next time you are about to post another reply telling someone to search the forum before posting.

but based on the answers posted so far I and others (including the 3peat BS champion) must have been doing something wrong all these years

sometimes you get what you ask for .... the key is figuring out where to draw the line between the noise and the right answer

 

Absolutely! Might just be noise. We'll see how the results stack up in September.
