Check the rim, control arms, and caliper/rotor assembly.

Put the car up on jack stands or a lift and turn the wheels and see if you can find the noise.

when e-brake is on i can shake the wheel front to back and get some play out of it. the rim moves more than the rotor. i am pretty mechanicaly inclined but apparently not enough. if been scratchin my head for about a month and i refuse to have a shop screw me over and work on my car! som people say its the wheel bearing. could it be . what are your thoughts?

First of all, its *brakes* not *breaks*

Now I think u should really take it to a shop that you trust to have them look at it. better yet if u're still in warranty, go back to dealership, act stupid like "oh its squeaaaaaaaaak everytime I drive, is it an safety issue ?

i had the same problem when i replaced one of my wheels.
the body shop just finished fixing it after about 4 tries and told me the wheel wasn't balanced. i think you should have a tire shop look at it.
