tire clearance

Does anyone know or run a 245-40-18 tire on a lowered rx8. do you know if it will clear? Im thinking about ordering new tires and rims i have 18 7.5 inch rims w/ 225 40 18 going to an +42 offset 18x8 w/ 245 40 18 tire. my main concern is the front turning clearance. I am lowered so what you guys think?

I have 245s on my stock wheels and am lowered quite a bit on coilovers and have absolutely no problems. Even with a +42 offset 18*8 you should be fine.

You'll have tons of clearance. i have 275/35/18's on 18x9.5, 45 offset, AND lowered with no clearance issues
