Do Mazda dealers keep a database of service?

I have a guy interested in buying my car and I don't have the prof of recalls. The owner before me had the car serviced at Mazda. I was wondering if they had some type of database that tracked the recall services by VIN #?

Yes they do. Just go to any Mazda dealership and they should be able to look it up for you.

If they don't, just simply call Mazda North America customer service. I called Mazda North America and asked them about my existing warranty, recalls, etc. In my case, they asked me if i'm a new owner and I said yes, then they changed their database using my name, address, etc for that specific car.

They'll just ask for the VIN and tell you everything you need. Oh and I think the number is 1-800-222-5500
