Belt tension checker in LA?

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone has either a tool or someone they trust to check belt tension in the LA area? My car has an intermittent squeal coming from the engine bay and while it might be something else, I'd like to get the belt tension checked just to be safe. Thanks.

I know this isn't what you asked, but there are two ways to kinda check your belts that should do you just fine.

1.) Belt deflection when pushing on the belt midway between two pulleys should be no more than 1/2 inch.

2.) Some people try and twist the belt and you shouldn't be able to twist in 90 degrees.
